Nairobi — Kenya will import 160,000 metric tonnes of Murban crude oil for processing by the Mombasa based refinery to meet the country's fuel needs.
The Ministry of Energy awarded Addax Petroleum and Gulf Energy the contract to each bring in 80,000 metric tonnes of crude oil after receiving bid documents on July 22, 2010 under the open tender system.
