Namibia: Social Problems Plague Omusati

Oshikuku — Teenage pregnancies, the misuse of funds for orphans and vulnerable children, a lack of knowledge about condom use and poor transport in the health sector are just some of the problems uncovered in Omusati Region during consultative meetings held by the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Human Resources.

The legislative committee unearthed these problems during its recent meetings with various community representatives in the region.
