Angola: Geology Minister Inaugurates Diamonds Prospecting Project in Nzagi

Dundo — The minister of Industry, Geology and Mining, Joaquim David, inaugurated on Wednesday in Nzagi, locality in the central Lunda Norte Province, the Luxinge diamond prospecting project.

The project, which is estimated at USD 13 million, will produce 3000 carats of diamonds per month, in the first stage.

In this first phase, the project will generate jobs for at least 110 people.

The project has investments from the companies Angolan diamond firm (Endiama), Ige, Compesa, Triad, Shefield and Syntechron.
