Benguela — The Interior deputy minister for Public Order, Ângelo Barros Veigas Tavares, is paying a three-day working visit in the central Benguela Province, in order to check the functioning of the sector in the region.
According to programme released to ANGOP, after his arrival, Ângelo Veigas Tavares will be received by the provincial governor of Benguela, Armando da Cruz Neto, as well as he will meet the members of broad consultative council of the provincial department of the Ministry of the Interior.
The programme also states that the deputy minister will visit the prison of Lobito District and Ganda locality, so as to learn about the state of the local prison too, as well as the area for agricultural boos, among others.
The official is set to return to Luanda on Sunday.
