ZANU PF has announced that Sabina Mugabe has died after a long illness. She was 76.
ZANU PF spokesman, Rugare Gumbo, said Sabina would be buried at Heroes Acre after the politburo were 'unanimous in granting her that honour.'
The Associated Press news agency said her death would be a severe blow to Robert Mugabe, as he is a man known to have few friends and she was a most trusted family confidante and associate.
Sabina retired from politics in 2008 after representing Zvimba in Parliament for many years. She is the mother of former ZIFA president Leo Mugabe and former MP Patrick Zhuwawo.

Ok Such A Bloody Ixperience Never Again. read first letters.
This is sad news. I'm scared for the future of Zimbabwe and what will happen when Mugabe himself passes on. I heard what Bennet said about the military junta, there's now rumours that there is a dossier on CDF Chiwenga and his plans... i do hope the future can be brighter than it looks currently

Sabina Mugabe lived a long life considering the short lifespan of the general populace. She served her country pre- Independence and served herself post independence. She condoned or sanctioned whatever misery and death her brother Robert Mugabe brought on Zimbabweans, helped herself to white-owned farms and ate the fattest calf whilst Zimbabweans had no food on their tables or floors. Today her corpse is decaying underground but did she take any of those ill-gotten goods with her? She came with nothing and has gone with nothing and I hope when Mugabe feels the pain of his loss, he remembers all those whose lives he has taken and who were not given the chance by him to live to a ripe old age as his sister. Death has no membership.
