Luanda — UNTA trade union is to hold on September 24-25, in Luanda, its fourth congress under the theme Dignifying Work, Worthy Life, ANGOP has learnt.
This was announced on Wednesday by UNTA's secretary for education, propaganda and leisure, Divaldo Faria, adding that the UNTA will renew its social organs, as well as approve a new programme of action for the coming five years.
The agenda also includes the presentation, debate and the approval of the reports of activities and accounts of the union's council for the 2005/2009 period, the approval of the alteration to the statute and the election of the new managing board.
Participants will be 500 delegates from all the country's provinces.
