Lagos — The Society for Petroleum Engineers (SPE) at the weekend flagged off the 2010 conference, 34th of its kind, where over 1,500 stakeholders were rallied for the development of oil in Africa.
The conference one of the largest upstream oil and gas event in Africa, held annually in Nigeria and attracted industry practitioners at all levels as well as key stakeholders.
