Lagos — Just when we thought the tertiary education sector was up on its buttocks, struggling to get back on its feet and at the least, limp; the system is, regrettably, gradually going back to where it was for most of last year - on its back or face if you like, due to those many strikes.
How can we say it is well with the sector when all state-owned universities in the South East and some Osun State-owned tertiary institutions have been shut down?
