Angola: Head of State Leaves for Congo

Luanda — The Angolan President, José Eduardo dos Santos, left on Sunday morning Luanda for Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo, to attend the 50th anniversary festivities of the that country, being marked this Sunday, August 15.

At Luanda's 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, José Eduardo dos Santos, received farewell greetings from the Angolan Vice President, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos, Speaker of the National Assembly, Paulo Cassoma, and from various goverment officials.

In the Republic of the Congo , José Eduardo dos Santos will join to about fifteen other African Heads of State and Government.
