Sierra Leone: Euclid Meets With Permanent Representatives of Govt And Eritrea

Freetown — EUCLID's Secretariat announced Monday that NY-based ASG Imara Johnpullé held meetings last week with the ambassadors of Sierra Leone and Eritrea to complete the legal clarification procedure initiated in May to apply for registration of the EUCLID agreements in the United Nations Treaty Series under Article 102 of the UN Charter.

On this occasion, Ambassador Desta also signed the updated EUCLID framework agreement on behalf of the government of Eritrea. Ms Johnpullé also discussed various support initiatives developed by EUCLID to better serve the needs of the Permanent Missions.
