Sumbe — The 10th edition of Sumbe International Music Festival, "FestiSumbe", which will take place from September 17-18 in the capital of southern Kwanza Sul province, will go under a new entertainment production called "Sector 7".
Speaking at a press conference, FestiSumbe organising committee member, Manuel Jorge dos Santos, who would not add details of the reasons for the cancellation of the contract with formerly producer, "Casa 70", said the Government intends to adopt this year a new dynamics in the event"Sector 7" general director, Teodósio Rey, said the festival will have the articipation of such Cape Verdean musicians as Beto Dias, Suzana Lubrano, "Banda Só para Contrariar" (Brazil) and "MC 21" (Portugal).
As to nationals, he highlighted Givago, Bangão, Pérola, Yuri da Cunha, "Banda Maravilha" and "Banda Dendém".
