Luanda — The Cape Verdean prime minister, José Maria Neves, arrived Monday evening in Luanda for a 24 hours visit to Angola, within the framework of cooperation between the two countries.
José Maria Neves wa welcomed on arrival at Luanda's "4 de fevereiro" International Airport by Angolan minister of Public Administration, Employment and Social Security, António Pitra Neto.
Accompanying the Cape Verdean minister are the minister of Environment, José Maria Veiga, and the secretary of State for Ecoomy, Humberto Brito.
During his stay in the country, the Cape Verdean premier will be received by the head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, with whom he will discuss the situation in Guinea Bissau and other matters.
