Agordat — The Forto Saw-Agordat road which is damaged by heavy rains need to be urgently renovated as it is causing traffic problems, the inhabitants said.

They stated that buses deployed to provide transport service to the public along the road are compelled to take long way via Sawa to reach their respective destinations due to the damage of the road. In this respect, the customers highlighted the need for repairing the shortcut road.

They went on to say that although the road used to sustain similar damage by heavy rains, at present, it is completely eroded as a result of the this year's heavy rains, which in turn compelled them to face unnecessary burden.
