Angola: Boosted Control Helps Decreasing Illegal Migration

Luena — The increased supervision of illegal migration in August has led to the decrease of cases through the eastern border of Luau district, Moxico province, from DR Congo, said the Border police.

According to a source attached to the Migration and Foreigners Service Department (SME) in Moxico, the institution recorded four offences, in comparison to the month of July, that reported nine cases. The district of Luau shares border with DRC, Alto Zambeze (DRC and Zambia) and Bundas, (Zambia).
