Malanje — Administrators and finances professionals of the districts of the provinces of Bengo, Kwanza Norte and Malange attend since Thursday in this city, a regional seminar on the new State Budget (OGE) Law.

The event, set to last two days, aims at upgrading managers and professionals of finances with knowledge which enable a better understanding of the implementation of State Budget, as well as others financial instruments under the Constitution.

Addressing the opening of the workshop, the deputy governor of Malanje Province for technical and community affairs, Conceição Cristovão, said the training of managers emerges from the need to adjust the management of knowledge and administrative policies to the new reality based in organisational decentralization.
