Liberia: For Breaking Camp 3 Lone Star Professionals Expelled

Ahead of the Lone Star's home match on Sunday with the Warriors of Zimbabwe in the qualifiers of the African Cup of Nations (CAN) final in 2012, the Liberia Football Association has excluded three overseas players from participation in the pending encounter after they were accused of breaking camp.

The penalized players are striker Dioh Williams of FC Alania Vladiakakaz of Russia, Francis Doe of Al Ahly of Egypt and Dulee Johnson of Aik Solna of Sweden.

LFA President Musa Bility said he took the decision expelling the players based on a recommendation from Lone Star's head Coach Bertalan Bicskei after they allegedly broke camp Wednesday at a local hotel.

The three penalized players were among a batch of 15 professionals called up to boost the Lone Star against the Warriors of Zimbabwe this Sunday at the Samuel K. Doe Sports Complex in Paynesville.
