Angola: CCA Defends Country Cultural Interest in Germany

Luanda — The interests and rights of Angolan culture will be defended and publicised in coming days in Germany, with a view to dignify and preserve the moral, social idea and cultural identity, said Monday in Luanda the chairperson of Culture House Association of Angola (CCA), José Luís Gomes.

Founded on 03 April 2010, by the Angolan citizens living in Germany, the CCA is tasked with disseminating the Angolan culture in the European country.

According to the Angolan José Gomes, who is also businessman, the spirit of creating CCA is intended to preserve and improve the cultural, social, moral, professional and deontological interests of all Angolans.

He added that this will allow the materialization, organisation and participation in seminars, colloquies, conferences, in launching of studies and specialised bibliographies, interchange and sharing of experience with the concerned entities.

The association's president announced that the CCA plan of activities includes boost the collection, debate and publicising of all information and social, cultural and economic documents of Angola, thus encouraging bilateral cooperation between the two countries, in order to ensure greater approach between the two peoples.

To the official, the state of bilateral relations between Angola and Germany will be relevant to boost technical scientific research in Angola.
