Kampala — Over 500 Karimojong households of the Jie and Dodoth ethnicity, who were recently resettled in Moruita Peace Camp on the Kotido-Kaabong road, will soon benefit from a tree planting project.
The project, spearheaded by Mercy-cops, a non-governmental organisation, aims at improving the environment in the region that had been degraded as a result of felling trees for charcoal and building.
