Nigeria: Adamawa PDP Denies Atiku's Waiver

Yola — Following the controversial waiver allegedly granted to the former vice president, Atiku Abubakar by the Peoples Democratic Party's National Working Committee, the Adamawa State chapter of the party has denied knowledge of the authentic source of the waiver.

In an interview with our correspondent, the party's secretary, Mr P.P. Elisha in Yola, on Thursday, said the state chapter was not informed neither received a formal letter from the National Executive Committee regarding the waiver issue.
