Windhoek — The future of Deputy Minister of Lands and Resettlement, Stephanus Mogotsi, has increasingly become uncertain after he lost out to Ignatius Gariseb as Swapo candidate for the Kalahari Constituency over the weekend and therefore risks losing his ministerial position after the November polls.
Mogotsi is a Swapo Member of Parliament in the National Council and it was by virtue of that parliamentary position that President Hifikepunye Pohamba appointed him lands deputy minister in March.
