Nairobi — A Sh1 billion fraud case involving two former Public Works permanent secretaries will remain on hold until a temporary injunction halting it is lifted.
The hearing of the case was scheduled to be held in two days beginning Tuesday but Nairobi chief magistrate Gilbert Mutembei was forced to stop the hearings because of the temporary order.
