Gambia: Musa Saidykhan's Torture Case to Resume On September 21

The case of Musa Saidykhan, a Gambian journalist, tortured by the security agents in 2006 will resume tomorrow, September 21, 2010 at the ECOWAS Community Court in Abuja, Nigeria.

Tomorrow's hearing will see the adoption of the final submission of both parties before the court fixes the day that it will deliver its judgement.
