Nigeria: 435 Died of Cholera Between January And August

Abuja — The sudden outbreak of Cholera and measles that affected twenty states in the country has resulted to death of four hundred and thirty-five (435) victims between January and August this year.

Director-General of National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement (NESREA) Mrs. Ngeri Benebo has expressed shock that the death rate resulted from poor sanitary conditions especially at the rural areas.
