Kampala — THE deputy Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, yesterday accused finance ministers in Africa of being insensitive by failing to prioritise the health sector during allocation of funds.
"I am disappointed that Uganda and many other countries within the region have not made progress in the health sector, especially reproductive health. This is mainly due to inadequate financing of the sector," she said.
