Nigeria: Kidnap - Nba Calls for State of Emergency in Abia

Abuja — As the kidnap of 15 school children in Aba, Abia State, continues to elicit widespread condemnation, the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has called on the Federal Government to impose a state of emergency in the state.

Addressing journalists in Abuja on the state of the nation, President of the association, Chief Joseph Daudu, SAN, said that kidnapping of the children was an evidence that law and order had collapsed in the state.
