As I was authoring this formulation, the wise words of my 85-year-old father came to mind. He always advises me that: Kanona ngoye kandje ilonga okupulakena komadhiladhilo goyakweni opo wiilonge oshindji. This literally means: "Mychild, you can only learn a lot when you are preparedto listen to other people's ideas."
This is very true because John C. Maxwell, a well-known leadership guru, has identified the significance of listening in his book titled: "The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader."
