Nigeria: Driver in Court Over Cheating

A commercial driver, Stanley Agera, was on Monday arraigned before an Abuja Magistrate Court for alleged criminal breach of trust and cheating, offences punishable under Sections 322 of the Penal Code.

Prosecutor Simon Ibrahim told the court that on October 3, one Regina Chukwuma of Lugbe Zone 5 reported at Utako Police Station that she gave the accused her Nissan Sunny car for commercial purposes on an agreement to be remitting N12,000 weekly.
