Uganda: Covered Road Signs Worry Kapchorwa-Mbale Drivers

Kampala — THE primary goal of any motorist is personal safety and that of other road users. Whereas road signs play an important role in achieving this goal, campaign posters of NRM parliamentary and local council candidates are still pasted on road signs on the Kapchorwa-Sironko-Mbale highway, nearly two months after the polls.

The posters are also on signposts in Kapchorwa town council, Sipi sub-county and Buyaga sub-county in Sironko, as well as Nakaloke sub-county in Mbale district.
