Abuja — The 28th Association For Educational Assessment In Africa (AEAA) conference has opened in Abuja with a call for political goodwill as panacea to surmounting the barrage of problems threatening the education sector in developing African region.
Minister of education, Prof. Ruqayyatu Ahmed Rufai who declared the weeklong event open noted that for the continent to achieve an all inclusive education for the millions of excluded children of the sub-region, which it desires, there must be a paradigm shift by way of positive political response to educational policies.
