Harare — Council-run libraries across Harare are in a general state of disrepair, a situation that impacts negatively on children sitting for public exams starting this month.
A survey by The Herald yesterday shows that many council libraries are virtually empty owing to lack of relevant texts, in addition to charging fees students say they cannot afford.
