Nairobi — The Transport ministry cannot escape blame for the mess on our roads. So, assistant minister Harun Mwau and his team cannot hide behind the cloak of jurisdictional responsibilities to parry questions about inability to tame rogue motorists.
When Mr Mwau declared in Parliament on Tuesday that the chaos on our roads is caused by laxity by the traffic department at police headquarters, he was shirking responsibility.
