Sierra Leone: FC Kallon to Snub Caf Competition for Italian Trip

Freetown — Sierra Leone's Premier League giant, FC Kallon will snub the Confederation of African Football (CAF) tournament for their annual Italian trip to the Viareggio Tournament early next year.

According to FC Kallon Secretary General, Blamo Robert, they have chosen to move northwards to Italy because they had stated it long ago from last season that they were already committed to taking part in the Viareggio tournament. He went on to state that they are not deliberately snubbing the upcoming CAF Confederation Cup competition but that they are just going according to their plan of honouring a tournament that they already had an earlier schedule for.
