Nairobi — I know that when some people read this column, at the back of their mind, they're wondering "how much of a difference can food make?" Today's story of a little 6-year old autistic girl called Sabrina shows that the answer is clearly, "a lot".

Sabrina was diagnosed with autism at the age of four and her mother, Mercy, realising that what her daughter ate influenced the severity of her condition, immediately put her on a gluten and casein-free diet.
