Kampala — The Uganda Wildlife Authority has signed an agreement which allows communities to access resources in Queen Elizabeth conservation area.
The agreement was signed on Monday with Kayanja Resource User committee, on behalf of the community, and the management of Queen Elizabeth National Park on behalf of the wildlife authority.
