Kampala — THE Peoples Development party (PDP) presidential candidate, Abed Bwanika, says he will have a lean Cabinet if he wins next year's election.
Bwanika, who officially launched his campaign in Kyadondo East, Wakiso district yesterday, said he would reduce the number of ministers from the current 70 to fewer than 30.
