Nigeria: Consensus Candidate - Sarah Jibrin Slams Babangida, Others

Female presidential aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Sarah Jibrin, has described as partial and incomplete her seeming exclusion from the catalogue of northern presidential aspirants of the party who are being offered by the Northern Political Leaders Forum (NPLF) as contenders for the northern consensus candidature.

Confining her in political oblivion, according to Jibrin, is not only "the highest level of gross insensitivity anyone could think of" but also "an obvious negation of all the values Nigeria stands for".
