Luanda — The Assembly-general of the International Committee of Rink Hockey, held in October 29 in Dornbirn, Austria, unanimously decided to give to Angola the organisation of the World Cup in 2013.
According to vice-chairperson of the Angolan Hockey Federation (FAP), Pedro Azevedo, who attended the international meeting, informed that there were other candidates, such as Portugal, France and Chile, but Angola won because of being the first time the competition comes to Africa.
