Namibia: A Billion to Harvest Wind

United Africa Group (UAG) on Monday night got its second wind when it signed agreements with Japanese and South Korean companies to build a wind power park of more than N$1 billion near Lüderitz.

UAG's first attempt to generate power through a similar project with Dutch businessman Leo van Gastel in 2007, ran out of steam.
