Uganda: In Mourning And Praise of National Performers II

Last week, this columnist mourned for the nation and the President because of leaders who perform abysmally or fail to perform at all their national duties. Today, we applaud those who perform or endeavour to serve this country patriotically and faithfully.

I will begin with leaders of the past. Recalling Shakespeare's words which translated into modern English mean that the good men (and women) do is often interned with their bones while the bad they do lives after them. We must acknowledge all Ugandans who have served this country well and performed their tasks diligently.
