Luanda — The foundation stone for the upgrading of the Luanda's high density suburb of Cazenga, was laid Monday during a ceremony chaired by Angolan head of State, José Eduardo do Santos.
The project will be implemented in four phases, with the first including the construction, in two years, of about 20,000 houses on an unoccupied site, in the Gamek zone.
