Nigeria: Appeal Court Voids Uduaghan's Election -Speaker Sam Obi to Act as Governor

Benin City — The legal tussle arising from the 2007 governorship election in Delta State was yesterday laid to rest.

The Court of Appeal sitting in Benin has annulled the election of Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the elected governor the state in the April 14, 2007 election.
