Abuja — Planned arraignment of two Siemens officials and four Nigerians allegedly involved in a $17.5 million bribery scam was on Wednesday stalled following absence of the Siemens officials.
The prosecutor, Godwin Obla, told Justice Danlami Senchi that the amended charge has not been served on Siemens A. G., a German company, but promised to effect service on them within 24 hours.
