Zimbabwe: Govt Says No to Conditional Aid

President Mugabe was yesterday installed as the Harare Institute of Technology's first Chancellor, and immediately urged Zimbabweans to reject development aid that comes with undue conditionalities.

The installation coincided with HIT's inaugural graduation ceremony for the first group of degree students who enrolled in 2006.
