Luanda — European Union (EU) intends to reinforce cooperation with the African continent, especially in the energy sector, said Wednesday in Luanda, the secretary of State for Cooperation, Exalgina Gambôa.
The official spoke to the media moments after arriving in the Angolan capital, coming from Tripoli, Libya, where she was part of the delegation of the Vice President, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos, that attended the 3rd Africa-Europe Summit.
