Nigeria: Physically Challenged Persons Lock Out Neco Officials

Port Harcourt — Physically challenged persons under the aegis of the National Association of Persons with Disabilities, yesterday locked the entrance into the National Examinations Council's office in Port Harcourt, preventing officials of NECO who resumed for work yesterday from gaining entrance to their offices.

The group said they were protesting NECO's continuous use of offices in the Special School for Handicapped Persons located on Creek Road, Port Harcourt.
