Tanzania: MP Speaks of New Constitution, Impartial Electoral Authority

Arusha — New Constitution and an independent electoral body will make the electorate stop guarding their votes at polling stations in 2015, a Member of Parliament for Arusha Urban, Mr Godbless Lema, told a political rally here at the weekend.

Mr Lema said the new Constitution and an independent electoral body would enable the electorate to remain in their homes as they watch election results being announced on their television sets.
