Tunisia: Prime Minister Opens Second Arab-Japanese Economic Forum

Tunis — Chairing on Saturday in Tunis the opening works of the 2nd Arab-Japanese Economic Forum, with attendance of several high political officials, businessmen and promoters of Japan and the Arab Countries, Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Ghannouchi affirmed that this meeting provided the occasion to assess the steps made on the way of developing Arab-Japanese co-operation.

During the meeting, Prime Minister, highlighted the numerous opportunities of co-operation and complementarity between the Arab states and Japan in view of the human and natural resources of the Arab world and the strategies adopted to take up the challenge of economic development and social progress and the privileged position of Japan on the world scene as well as its brilliant achievements in several strategic sectors and its will to boost co-operation and partnership with the Arab World.
