Gambia: Kosovo Pilot Seeks Solidarity for Kosovo's Independence

Mr. James Berisha, an Airline Transport Pilot from the Republic of Kosovo, is on a mission called "Flying for Kosovo" tour of countries to seek for support and solidarity in countries that recognised Kosovo's Independence. He said the purpose of his mission is also to raise awareness on the issue of Kosovo as an independent nation and to thank the people and government of the Gambia for their support and recognition.

Mr. Berisha, who is on a three day visit in the Gambia, arrived on Wednesday 8 December 2010 said he would be meeting with the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the course of his visit.
