Nigeria: Jos - SSS, Police Begin Manhunt for Sect Leader

Abuja and Jos — The national security intelligence unit within the State Security Services (SSS) and the Nigeria Police Force have begun the hunt for the leader of the Islamic group which Monday claimed responsibility for the Christmas Eve bomb blasts that rocked Jos, the Plateau State capital.

An Islamic group, Jama'atu Ahlus-Sunnah Lidda'Awati Wal Jihad, had claimed responsibility for the bomb blasts.
