Ahead of the presidential primary election of the ruling Peoples Democratic party (PDP) scheduled to hold on Wednesday January 12, 2011); one of the top contenders for the party's presidential ticket, President Goodluck Jonathan, will today know whether he will next tomorrow present himself to the party's delegate or not.

This is because his fate is still hanging on the scale of justice at the Abuja High Court to where some members of the PDP had dragged him to be disqualified from running for the presidential ticket of the PDP.
